Online Course with Suzette Hosken from Jade Lady Tai Chi and Qigong
Would you like to keep up, or increase, your exercise through tai chi and qigong? Both exercise arts are strengthening by stealth, as I like to say. This bundle of 16 classes offers a variety of qigong and tai chi forms that exercise the whole body and of course the brain.
I designed many of these classes with different themes in mind, such as Uplift, Energise and Cheer, and Relax and Rejuvenate. Most of these classes were recorded during Covid-19 Lockdown. And then there's the extra bonus of cameo roles by my cats.
Regular practice will improve balance, increase strength, calm and soothe the nervous system, reduce feelings of fatigue and pain and so much more.

This course is ideal for those who have had some exposure to many of these forms before and want to practise them in a class format.
There are moments of focussed teaching and discussion along with flow through of complete forms. Several classes feature Yang tai chi as taught at Celestial Tai Chi College (CTCC). I talk through these in some detail so if you have not learnt these tai chi levels before but have experience in other Yang tai chi styles, you would probably be fine to follow along.
