Testimonials from our happy students

GS

"I was lucky enough to begin my Tai Chi journey with Suzette. Since then she has been my main instructor and unofficial mentor. Her well planned, well documented sequential lessons, both in person and online along with her patience and generosity of time and knowledge has meant that Tai Chi and Qigong have become part of my daily life for both health/fitness/well being and pure enjoyment. It was indeed a lucky meeting for me."

Judith M

"I have attended Suzette Hosken’s Tai Chi Qigong classes for at least twenty years. I love her style, her dedication, her respect for the art and that she shares her research. Suzette is a professional who cares about her students – their individual and class needs, and she makes our Tai Chi community fun."

LM

"I have had Suzette’s instruction for a number of years and found her knowledge across Tai Chi provides the students with a good understanding of the principles to be achieved. Suzette’s communication skills are of high standard in class activities, and she produces training documentation and videos that allow students to be engaged and enjoy their own Tai Chi journey with the associated health benefits."
