Tai Chi 10-Form is an entry-level tai chi form and as such does not require any prior experience.
This course is suitable for tai chi instructors to refine their form, and exercise professionals who plan to incorporate tai chi into their repertoire. It can also serve as an optional prerequisite for our Tai Chi Instructor Course (Pathway 1 and Pathway 2) hosted by Fitness Education Online. Existing exercise professionals intending to take the Tai Chi Instructor Course are encouraged to complete this shorter course first to assess their suitability for the more comprehensive program. Participants who pass the assessment in this course will receive one assessment credit for the Tai Chi Instructor Course if they decide to pursue full certification.
This course contains one assessment: students are required to submit a video of themselves demonstrating Tai Chi 10-Form correctly. Students are given a pass/resubmit based on the demonstration of specified criteria.
