In this series I flow through a mix of qigong and tai chi forms in full. This is ideal for those who have had some exposure to these forms before, or are very comfortable at following along in mirror-image.
The classes are structured so that we exercise the major muscles and joints of the body in a gentle and balanced way; there is easy-to-follow meditative movement that is synchronised with the breath; there is more complex movement that challenges the brain; and I weave through tips about modifying movements and taking care of the body.
