Alignment in Tai Chi and Qigong
In this video I explain pelvic tilts, how to achieve a neutral spine, aligning the sacrum, Mingmen and Baihui acupoints, and how these topics relate to the 70% rule. I use some common tai chi and qigong postures to illustrate these points. Subtle changes can make a big different to our alignment and to the amount of tension we carry in our bodies and the language we use really is important.
