Fees and Refund Policy

Jade Lady Zoom Class

FEES

 

  1. Fees are to be paid in full at the time of booking unless arrangements for late payment have been made in advance.

  2. If fees are not paid prior to commencement of the class the booking may be cancelled. The place will then be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

  3. Deposits are not accepted for enrolment into classes. Depending on the demand for enrolment in a course, places may be held for an agreed period of time on the understanding that there is a payment deadline that must be met before commencing a class or activity.

 

PAYMENTS

 

Payments for a class can be made via the website or via approved arrangement by Jade Lady Tai Chi and Qigong.

 

REFUNDS

 

  1. A full refund of fees will be given if the class is cancelled by Jade Lady Tai Chi and Qigong;

  2. If a participant withdraws from the class prior to commencement of the term, a full refund (less processing fees if applicable) will be given;

  3. If a participant withdraws from the class after commencement, but within one week, a full refund less $15.00 will be given;

  4. No refund will be given after the second week of term.
